Simon and Anne-Marie Lee1 StarWhilst the gym itself appears decent, the cost of membership has become an issue for many. Personally, I am disappointed at the ‘joining fee’ and removal of any incentives or concessions to make things a little easier for some. Anyone will now have to pay significantly more than others using the facilities and there can be no justification for such an admin fee (20 quid on top) when no other gyms in the local area seem to charge anything like it. What is it for? You will get better value with everyone active and other local gyms especially if you are eligible for concessions or want to involve your children.Tuesday 13th September 2022
Vicky1 StarDisgusting staff who send threats to debt collectors when you cancel membership. I cancelled my membership due to not using the place for months and cost of living crisis I had to prioritise my outgoings for my family. Now not working due to helping out with a sick family member daily I’m still constantly getting threatening emails.
Horrible place with horrible staff that care nothing more than the money. I will be taking this further.

Edward Ryvl5 StarHad to cancel my membership a while back due to leaving area. On my family from Holland arriving in Weymouth my grandson needed a gym to train in. The result was that he and myself where allowed to obtain a short training period without signing for a renewal of membership. Thank you team for being so flexible in the use of a 1st class gym. CJE 941 StarCancelled membership at the beginning of March due to there price increase to £34.95 as i couldn't afford it. They wouldn't allow me to change payment plan date (it had to be from the 1st). They cancelled my membership in March but insisted in taking another payment from April even though I haven't attended the gym since February. Definitely
not worth it for what equipment you get in the gym. Inconsiderate, don't care about the members just care about the £££Thursday 14th April 2022
Scottie5 StarA great team at Zone, Kirsty, Honor, Michelle, Imogen, Fraser and Nathan all work very hard to ensure a safe and clean environment to train in. They all have great customer service skills and I have always felt welcome even coming from a competitor gym in the area.
Zone has great equipment that is constantly maintained but I feel a good gym starts with great staff!
