Luca is a brilliant personal trainer. I had little to no knowledge about the gym or gaining muscle and he showed me everything. I needed to get in shape for my holiday and he did exactly that! 10/10 would recommend to anyone. So kind, friendly, knowledgable and really easy to get along with. If you’re looking for a PT, Luca is your man.

I PT’d with Luca at the beginning of the year and he honestly made me feel so welcome and comfortable! As someone that had never really been to a gym before I felt so anxious going but actually really enjoyed myself and started seeing improvements so quickly! Highly recommend ☺️
