Joe Snell5 StarA friendly and welcoming fitness centre where anyone is accomodated. If you're not sure about heading to the gym (or even back to fitness) please go to FCF.
The guys here are knowledgable, keen and more importantly, understanding and friendly.
The facilities are great, they have male and female locker rooms, showers, drinks, food, a body measuring system to track progress and enough equipment to do whatever you may wish.
Highly, utterly, totally recommended. 💪
Jan 2020 update - This is what a difference FCF can make. These stats aren't from working 5 hours in the gym, 6 days a week. These results are from the positive, conscious mindset provided to me by Jared and the lads.
A change in diet, a bit change in the way I use my body and a change in attitude gives results like these. Yes, it's gradual but that's the best way to achieve the goal.
